I was pretty sure I was going to love Sam + Julie when she told me they moved to Colorado four years ago to prolong their ski season {so cool!}. But when they met me in Uptown for their engagement shoot bearing a box of gourmet cupcakes for me, it was official, I was completely and utterly head over heels with these two! The engagement session was a blast, Sam and Julie are quirky and fun, and they were up for anything. They have such a unique style and their wedding is sure to be the perfect blend of vintage and modern. Congratulations, Sam + Julie, I can't wait for your amazing wedding! {sara}

I had a great time getting to know Emily and Kevin. They happen to live on the same street I used to live on in Chicago... and Kevin and I both went to University of Illinois. Such a small world! We definitely had a lot to talk about. They were so sweet and fun loving, and I am looking forward to their wedding next fall. Congratulations!

Emily and Paul were married in Faribault, it was such a cute little town with tons of charm. It was nice to go back to some of the spots where we shot their engagement photos. I love that alley with the striped awnings! Emily and Paul had a beautiful and heartfelt ceremony, but the best part of the day for me was working with such kind and easy going people. Congratulations Emily and Paul!

Wing and David were amazing! They were up for anything.... I'm sure they went home with too many bug bites from laying in that field! They were so natural in front of the camera, and I felt very inspired during our shoot. David was also a gentleman and carried all of those props around for us {thanks david!}. I can't wait for their wedding next summer at Mill City!
