Here are a few of my before and after images. The images on the left are all right out of the camera. The second image is "color corrected". We color correct ALL of the images that you receive. This simply means that we adjust for lightness and darkness and also color balance the image. The third image is an art image. Art print images are taken one step further then color corrected images. We lighten eyes, soften blemishes and or wrinkles and sharpen images. They are more punchy and yummy.
This is Tracy, her wedding was in January when there were no warm colors around. We warmed it up for the color corrected image and then it got a lot of punch in the b&w.
Rachel and Adam walked down the isle last December. Look at the movement and punch in the art print.
I had the opportunity to shoot this kiss in Norway. I think it really comes to life in the b&w.
Here is a before and after from camera to art image. I added the blue ski and put some texture on the photo plus a little warmth.
The art image on the right is enhanced by cross-processing it. This is not for every image but deffinitly fits Eliesa and Judd.
I am really getting into textures which is what is on the art image here. It added a richness and depth.
I hope these few images give you an idea of what goes on here behind the scene. We put A LOT of time, energy and passion into our photographs. All of our wedding packages include the DVD and you are able to take those images any where and reprint them. The reason you pay more for prints though us is because of all the extra attention each image gets.
