{Jackie and Jason}

We had some pretty bizarre weather! It was gloomy all morning and raining on and off. At one point it really started to rain and it was thundering and lightening. Then all of a sudden once everyone was there and the guys had their flowers on it stopped. It was clear but winding. We got to take all the group photos outside. They were also able to have an outdoor wedding on the terrace at Edinbough. Despite a few little things that went wrong and strange weather Jackie and Jason stayed very calm and were able to enjoy each other and their wedding. I especially enjoyed having time with the two of them after the ceremony to do some apple photos. Thanks for having us there and congratulations. I got this apple idea from a photographer named Jeff Newsom. He has some amazing work. I hope you don't mind Jeff. It was a great way to get us all laughing.

This is Becky and Jason. I had the pleasure of photographing their engagement session in the beginning of September. We had to hurry to get the location shots done before the storm rolled in. I can't wait to kick off the 2008 season with their wedding next spring!

{Katie and Andy prewedding}

I think this is a great idea, we took portraits of each of them at the studio before the wedding. We are then going to make beautiful canvas wraps of each of them and show them at the wedding. If anyone else is interested let me know. We could also do this type of shoot after the wedding. To Katie and Andy, thanks for letting me take so many different photos .

{Melissa and Craig}

Melissa has the warmest and sweetest personality. She seems to do everything big... her dress, her smile and her hugs. She ran around hugging everyone, even the people that worked at the University Club. (And of course Craig was great too.) I had so much fun photographing their wedding and I couldn't narrow down my favorites. Thank you Melissa and Craig for having us and making us feel so welcome and like we have always been your friends.
This was so funny, her veil would not stop blowing in the wind. The best part was the great expressions from Melissa.I can't seem to resist the above set up. It is one of my favorite of the year. After the ceremony Melissa had to put on her combat boots. Her mom was a big combat boot wearer too.

Style, that is what this wedding was all about. Everything was ravishing from the couple to the church to the flowers to the reception at the 317 on Rice. It was simply the best. Congratulation Kristina and Mike and well done!
